What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We are unable to offer returns on certain items.
Are there any guidelines to submitting artwork?

If using any other design tool like Adobe Express or Canva, please
use the following guidelines to ensure optimum print quality, accurate colours, proper formatting and prevent delays.

  • Safety Margin: 12mm
  • Bleed: 3mm
  • Resolution: 150dpi (min)
  • Colour Mode: CMYK
  • Fonts: Convert to outlines
  • File Formats: PDF, JPG, PNG
When will I get my order?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (no weekends or bank holidays).

Business deliveries arrive between 8.30am and 5.30pm, and residential deliveries between 8.30am and 7pm.

Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the label and packaging and sign for it as damaged if possible. Make sure to contact us within 4 working days with the photos.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please let us know within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can sort it quickly.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What if my order doesn't arrive or is damaged?

If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
